The Dual Patented process utilizes the Sun’s power to transform salt (NaCl) into usable chlorine (HOCl), by means of electrolysis, powered by a non-harmful, high output solar panel. The Model SP-SCM also employs an anode that, through the patented salt dissolution process, releases charged mineral ion that actively penetrate the cell walls of algae spores and inhibits growth. The chlorine and mineral levels are adjustable to prevent over chlorination and ionization. The high-tech solar panel will work in cloudy weather or even in the shade! It provides the ecological and economical means of producing Chlorine, that is necessary in your pool to eradicate microorganisms, bacteria, and viruses, that are not effected by the ionized minerals. The Hydrogen molecules released by the electrolytic process creates the patented convection draw effect, that allows the Chlorine to concentrate, prior to being dispensed from the unit. This convection effect, also, dispenses the Chlorine throughout the water and requires less pump circulation to be effective. If you are replacing an existing salt chlorine generator, no salt has to be added, on a weekly basis, providing that the pool's salt level is 3200 - 6000 PPM. If you are starting with fresh water, add 7 pounds of salt, to the unit, on a weekly basis. Try to use non-iodized food or water softener grades of salt, that do not contain the anti-caking additive: Yellow Prussiate of Soda. Over time, the salt level will rise. When it reaches 3200 - 6000 PPM, no additional salt is required to be added to the unit.

The Model SR Salt Chlorine Generator is a self-contained purification system, that utilizes a natural process to generate pure chlorine. The electrolytic process uses a very low concentration of salt, 2500 PPM, which is less than a teaspoon per gallon. It generates free chlorine and helps destroy the irritating and odorous forms of chlorine. The chlorine continuously kills bacteria and algae and then reverts back to salt. This indefinite cycle leaves the water feeling silky, soft, refreshing and sparkling clear!

The Model SR Salt Chlorine Generator is easy to install, economical-to-use, and fully automatic. Water containing salt enters the chlorinator, through the openings on the sides. Spa ChlorMaker Models
Inline or Drape-Over Saltwater Systems
In-Line or Drape-Over Models, for Spas and Hot Tubs up to 1,000 gallons.

Once a ChlorMaker Model IL has been installed, all that is visible is the small  control panel, which can be mounted to the spa skirt. The salt cell is installed in-line.  The control panel consists or 3 buttons, for adjusting the chlorine or bromine (if sodium bromide is used) production and 4 indicator lights, advising you that chlorine is being generated or that you need to inspect or check the  salt cell. Requires some installation - just plumb into a 3/4" line and mount the control panel.  Includes everything but the salt.

The ChlorMaker Model DO has the same features and capability, except that the salt cell is not installed in-line, but is merely draped over the side.  Simple installation - just mount the controller panel.  Includes everything but the salt.

The ChlorMaker models operate on 3 hour cycles and will automatically generate, chlorine for the entire 3 hour period. You can generate chlorine up to 8 times a day, depending on your particular needs.  You will not need to manually add any more chlorine, unless you are shocking the spa water after periods of heavy use or there is a noticeable loss of water quality.. The ChlorMaker models will reduce the maintenance requirements of your spa, as well as eliminate most of the chemical handling, measuring and storage.  Significantly fewer amounts of chemicals will be required and the water quality should be improved and more consistent.

Spa MINI Salt Chlorine Generator, Model SM
Treats Spas up to 600 Gallons and Swim Spas up to 2,000 Gallons

The Model SM Mini Spa Sanitation System produces a pure form of chlorine by electrolysis of salt (NaCl) in order to sanitize your spa water. After the salt is converted to chlorine and the bacteria are killed, the chlorine converts back to salt and this process is ongoing. The salt concentration used is a very low 2000-2500 PPM: less than that in a human tear. Additional salt is only required after the spa has been emptied or there was a major loss of water, due to pump out, splash out or a leak. Evaporation does not remove the salt. Try to use non-iodized food or water softener grades of salt, that do not contain the anti-caking additive: Yellow Prussiate of Soda. Chlorine output can be easily adjusted by the timer on the power supply unit. The chlorine level in your spa can be checked by using a standard chlorine test kit. One Model SM Mini unit can treat up to 600 gallons (2,200L) of spa water or up to 2000 gallons Swim Spa water. If you are going to use chlorine, in your spa or swim spa, a salt chlorine generator is the way to do it.
